Hello to all armwrestler and armwrestling enthusiasts. Today I`m gonna show you another great exercise for strenghtening small finger (pinky). Small finger (pinky) is weakest of all fingers so we need to take extra care and do specific training to strenghten it. For all who fight in hook need to take extra time to train small finger. Because all rotation goes through it. Today I`m gonna show you one exercise for specific work on small finger. We gonna do deadlift with towel with thumbs facing up. All you need is two towels that are not too thick. We take towel with thumbs facing up so all the tension goes to small finger. Most important part is to keep hands in armwrestling grip, if towel starts to slip, take lighter weights or bigger breaks between sets.
