We gonna do a classic deadlift but we gonna use a great arm strength building accessory- FAT GRIPZ You can order them at www.Fatgripz.com or at other retailer. This great for armwrestling Put them on a bar. All the volume will be going straight to the wrist and forearm You can take the bar by full gip (thumb on one side all the other fingers on the other) or all the fingers including thumb on one side. You can do this by curling your wrist. All the fingers are on one side. this will give most of tension to the fingers The weight will be many time lighter than what you normally are capable in deadlift. You can do also underhand grip- where all the tension is on hand and wrist
