ARMWRESTLING TRAINING – EXERCISE #10


Another armwrestling excercise is Angle / brachialis movement with free weights in judo belt! Take judo belt and tie both ends together, put your wrist in the middle. From 90 degree angle flex your arm. Control the movement with your elbow so you would end up in dead spot- where is no resistance! Most work will be done by elbow flexors -brachialis and brachioradialis muscles.
